We are seeking an Associate Therapist to join our supportive and purpose-driven team, providing hybrid or exclusively telehealth therapy services to clients located in Washington State.

This flexible, remote role is ideal for associate-licensed therapists who value autonomy, meaningful connection, and the opportunity to focus fully on client care without the stress of running a private practice alone.

• Role: Associate Therapist (1099 Contract Position)
• Schedule: Part-time and flexible; caseload size 10-20 clients per week 
• Location: Hybrid position located in Tacoma, WA or be fully remote (must reside in Washington State)

• $45 per clinical hour (50-minute sessions)
• Monthly Admin Stipend (Specific amount varies depending on caseload size)
• Reimbursement Provided For:
  • Psychology Today profile ($30 per month)
  • Professional liability insurance ($70 per month)
• Agency Provides:
  • Billing and administrative support
  • HIPAA-compliant EHR access (SimplePractice)
  • Secure email 
  • Weekly clinical supervision 

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions to children, adolescents, and/or adults
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
• Manage your own client scheduling and rescheduling needs
• Collaborate professionally and ethically with team members
• Uphold trauma-informed, culturally responsive clinical care standards

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Washington State Associate License (e.g., LSWAIC, LMHCA, LMFTA)
• Strong commitment to ethical, client-centered, trauma-informed care
• Ability to work independently while engaging in a supportive team structure
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and willingness to learn EHR systems
