Mary Allison Jensen is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, and Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional dedicated to helping individuals break free from patterns rooted in early family dynamics. With deep expertise in trauma, codependency, and family-of-origin work, she helps clients understand how past experiences shape belief systems—and how to create meaningful change.

Mary Allison earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Washington Tacoma and holds a post-graduate certificate in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health and Development. Recognized as a Child Mental Health Specialist, she primarily works with adults and adolescents, guiding them toward healing, resilience, and self-trust.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. She believes every client is the expert in their own life—and that with the right support, healing becomes a powerful act of self-leadership.

Beyond her clinical work, Mary Allison is the author of Align With Joy: A 30-Day Guided Joy Journal Designed to Help You Cultivate a Life Filled With Joy and Gratitude and a featured author in Mastering Your Inner Game: Stories of Overcoming Mountains with Mindset.
