Yes. We are in We are in-network with Regence, Premera, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Healthcare. If you will be using one of these insurance providers, we will bill insurance directly. You are responsible for any co-pay that is due at the time of service.
If you will be using out-of-network benefits, we will provide a Superbill with which you can request reimbursement from your provider but you will be responsible for the full cost of the appointment at the time of service.
Prior to your first appointment, we will send intake forms directly from our electronic health record. We request that insurance information be provided a minimum of three days prior to your appointment so that we can verify your benefits and inform you of any expected out-of-pocket costs. At the first appointment, we will review forms and you will have an opportunity to share information about your past experiences and goals for therapy.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, affirming, curious, and flexible. I believe that you are the expert on your own life and that I have some tools to share that may be supportive of your goals. I work with each client to determine what types of strategies, tools, and processes feel most supportive so that I can implement those things into our sessions. I believe that it is my job to adapt to each individual client's needs and I encourage my clients to communicate proactively about the therapeutic process to ensure those needs are being met.
